Refunds & Exchanges


We hope you love your NÈPHÉ piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds and exchanges are available on full priced items only.

Items marked Final Sale, Made to order, Customized, Altered, or Personalized are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items marked Size Exchange Only may be exchanged for another size, subject to availability.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, NÈPHÉ will cover all replacement and shipping costs.
